I’m a bladesmith based in the West of Ireland, specialising in culinary knives combining traditional blacksmith skills with the eye of a precision furniture maker, creating heirloom pieces for daily use.

I am motivated by materials and the story they hold – giving new life to found and recycled steels and incorporating them into my work using centuries old forge-welding techniques to blend and twist together; high carbon steels sandwiched between found gems - wrought iron cart wheels, whiskey barrel straps, handled with storm damaged tree limbs from century-old orchards or estate house forests.
